兴胜创建(00896.HK)附属出售旗下香港物业总代价4.2亿港元
格隆汇7月16日丨兴胜创建(00896.HK)公布,7月15日,卖方(公司间接全资附属公司)、担保人(公司直接全资附属公司)与买方Elevest Limited就出售事项订立买卖协议,据此(i)卖方出售且买方购买销售股份(相当于目标公司全部已发行及缴足股本)及(ii)卖方转让且买方接受转让销售贷款利益,总代价为港币4.2亿元。
公告显示,目标公司的唯一直接全资附属公司为物业连同其上的宅院搭建物及建筑物,位于香港高街111号的唯一拥有人。
