大和料恒隆地产(0101.HK)渐升派息吁买入予目标25.7港元
大和发表研究报告指,恒隆地产(00101.HK)中国租金收入自今年上半年起增长加速,相信可令公司于2020年或之前逐渐提升派息,该行重申予其“买入”评级及目标价25.7港元。

大和提到,恆隆早前为旗下上海以外的大部分商场装修,大部分商场都是该城市的首两个商场,可捕捉消费升级机会,提升租金收入。
另一方面,恆隆已确认计划将中国的部分服务式住宅转为豪宅出售,该行预期公司亦会出售香港的非核心物业项目,有助公司减债以提升派发更高股息的能力。
