瑞安建业(00983.HK)拟4550万元出售成都营业场所
格隆汇7月12日丨瑞安建业(00983.HK)公布,于2019年7月12日,公司全资附属成都翔龙房地产有限公司拟向伊顿教育谘询(成都)有限公司出售营业场所,代价为人民币4550万元。
营业场所指于成都项目中第19栋1层1号房及第21栋1层1号房的营业场所。截至2017年12月31日及2018年12月31日止两个财政年度,向买方联属公司出租营业场所的租金收入分别约为人民币139万元及约为人民币111万元。该公司拟将出售事项所得款项净额约人民币3860万元用作该集团一般营运资金。
