北京建设(00925.HK)认购人行使认沽期权要求收购中国物流集团35%权益
格隆汇7月12日丨北京建设(00925.HK)发布公告,2019年7月12日,认购人行使认沽期权,藉此要求公司向认购人购买于中国物流集团35%控股权益。认沽期权完成后,中国物流将成为集团全资附属公司。
中国物流主要业务为投资、发展及经营高段现代化的普通仓库。中国物流拥有包括北京、天津、上海及青岛的若干物流设施及仓库,可租用面积合共约102.万平方米,其中51.9万平方米为营运中可租用面积,而50.2万平方米为进行工程中。
