上海电气(02727.HK)及其下属子公司接受委托贷款7160万元
格隆汇7月12日丨上海电气(02727.HK)公布,2019年7月12日,公司五届十六次董事会同意上海电气(集团)总公司委托公司控股子公司上海电气集团财务向公司及公司全资子公司上海锅炉厂分别发放委托贷款1160万元和6000万元,期限均为五年,年利率均为不超过0.12%(含)。
上述资金将用于公司及委托公司控股子公司分别承接的上海市国资委技术创新和能级提升项目"智能装备关键部件—‘高性能交流伺服系统的研发"和"基于自主研发的百万级π型超超临界锅炉研制项目"。
