康健国际医疗(03886.HK)预计上半年综合溢利将大幅减少
格隆汇7月11日丨康健国际医疗(03886.HK)发布公告,相比集团于截至2018年6月30日止6个月未经审核综合溢利约6150万港元,预期集团于截至2019年6月30日止6个月未经审核综合溢利将大幅减少。
公告表示,有关减少主要由于以下各项所致:(a)于期内并无有关承兑票据减值亏损拨回;(b)集团的投资物业于期内录得公平值亏损;及(c)于2019年6月出售提供医疗相关服务中心以及于期内提供医疗相关服务的另一间中心物业、厂房及设备撇销所产生的亏损。尽管相比上年同期分部亏损约480万港元,集团于期内因集团医院管理附属公司南阳祥瑞医院管理谘询有限公司(其向由集团管理医院提供全面及专业管理服务)旗下不同业务发展而自于中国内地提供医疗及牙科诊所以及提供医院管理及相关服务业务分部的溢利录得重大增长。
