万宝盛华(02180.HK)相信内地人力资源业有良好发展空间未有具体并购目标
人力资源解决方案供应商万宝盛华(02180.HK)今日(10日)在主板上市,首席执行官兼总裁袁建华在上市仪式後表示,虽然贸易战令世界经济出现变化,但人力资源需求仍在,公司在大中华区有广泛覆盖,相信可为不同企业在各个生命周期提供服务。而内地近年人力资源行业每年有20%的增速,相信未来会继续有良好发展空间。
他又指,公司是次上市部分集资所得计划用於战略性并购,但目前仍未有具体并购目标。
另外,公司称主要业务「灵活用工」采用成本加成定价,相信业务毛利可以维持,公司亦会致力提升毛利表现。
