宝龙地产(01238.HK)与银行订立两批最多为2亿美元的贷款融资协议
宝龙地产(01238.HK)公布,与中国农业银行澳门分行、中国工商银行(澳门)股份有限公司及大丰银行有限公司及招商永隆银行有限公司以及协议的其他方,就两批金额最多为2亿美元的42个月定期双币贷款融资订立一份融资协议。
定期贷款融资用作为集团现有债务进行再融资及为一般营运资金融资。按照融资协议的条款及条件,各个利息期间的定期贷款融资利率为下列各项的总和:每年3.4%;及就甲项信贷融资而言为香港银行同业拆息;或就乙项信贷融资而言为伦敦银行同业拆息。
