新地HomeSquare料全年生意額維持雙位數增長
新鴻基地產代理有限公司租務部助理總經理許嘉雯在記者會上表示,隨著近年入夥新盤以至未來一年私宅潛在供應量均主打中小型單位,新地(00016.HK)旗下沙田家居主題商場HomeSquare今年的「香港家居折」將主攻年輕單身貴族及中小型家庭的需要,並斥資530萬元推廣費,所推出的限定優惠及獨家消費優惠之總折扣額達5,000萬元。
她預料,活動可刺激整體人流超過165萬,按年上升10%;生意額超過3.1億元,按年上升11%。
她指出,看到今年上半年營業額錄雙位數增長,雖然經濟下行,但由於商場只售賣家品,而此市場具強勁的抗跌力,因此仍對市道感樂觀,料全年生意額仍會有雙位數增長。她又指,續租租金升幅平均介乎10%至15%,但要視乎個別商戶的生意額。
