德銀升旭輝(00884.HK)目標價至6.66元評級「買入」
德銀發表報告指,旭輝(00884.HK)上半年銷售達884億元人民幣,按年升34%,相當於全年銷售目標47%。由於第三季是公司推盤高峰期,加上基數較低,該行預期公司下半年銷售維持強勁,並將公司2019年銷售預測上調5%至2,060億元人民幣(按年升35%),較公司銷售目標多約10%。
該行表示,將旭輝2019年至2021年盈利預測上調3-11%,以反映強勁銷售,同時將其目標價由6.53元升至6.66元,此相當預測今年每股資產淨值折讓35%,維持「買入」評級。
