新地HomeSquare料全年生意额维持双位数增长
新鸿基地产代理有限公司租务部助理总经理许嘉雯在记者会上表示,随着近年入夥新盘以至未来一年私宅潜在供应量均主打中小型单位,新地(00016.HK)旗下沙田家居主题商场HomeSquare今年的「香港家居折」将主攻年轻单身贵族及中小型家庭的需要,并斥资530万元推广费,所推出的限定优惠及独家消费优惠之总折扣额达5,000万元。
她预料,活动可刺激整体人流超过165万,按年上升10%;生意额超过3.1亿元,按年上升11%。
她指出,看到今年上半年营业额录双位数增长,虽然经济下行,但由於商场只售卖家品,而此市场具强劲的抗跌力,因此仍对市道感乐观,料全年生意额仍会有双位数增长。她又指,续租租金升幅平均介乎10%至15%,但要视乎个别商户的生意额。
