万科/润地/富力逆市续升约3%内地百强房企6月销售额按月增逾23%

花旗料内房中期核心盈利按年升19%,收入增长28%。此外,据统计数据显示,虽然内房上半年整体销售按年增速有所放缓,但百强房企6月销售额按月增长逾23%,接近四成房企年度销售目标完成率已超过50%。大型内房股今早普遍跑赢大市,尤其是获花旗视为行业首选之一蓝筹内房华润置地(01109.HK)反覆高见36.3元,创近三个月高,现造36.2元,续升2.8%。

6月合同销售额年增1.2%的万科(02202.HK)获花旗看38.52元,该股高见31.95元,回补4月23日所有下跌裂口,现造31.65元,续升2.8%。恒大中国(03333.HK)重越50天线,最高见23.1元,受制牛熊线(23.25元),现造22.35元,回升1.6%。

获花旗看6.68元的中国金茂(00817.HK)高见5.1元,现造5.03元,回升2.9%。获花旗看16.8元的龙光地产(03380.HK)反覆高见13.12元,创逾两个半月高,现造12.98元,升1.6%。蓝筹中国海外(00688.HK)续升1.9%,报29.8元,创逾两个月高;碧桂园(02007.HK)反覆高见12.3元,现造12.12元,回升1.5%。

远洋集团(03377.HK)反覆高见3.58元,暂受制牛熊线(3.6元),现造3.52元,续升1.7%。获获花旗看17.8元的富力地产(02777.HK)高见16.48元,现造16.28元,续升3%。获花旗看1.47元的招商局置地(00978.HK)升破牛熊线(1.2元),最高见1.24元(刚为百天线),现造1.22元,续升2.5%。获花旗看2.3元的越秀地产(00123.HK)再触及昨天盘中所创两个半月高位1.9元,现造1.88元,续升1.6%。

不过,获花旗看11.57元的雅居乐(03383.HK)高见11.58元遇阻,现造11.06元,倒跌2.3%。获花旗看17.69元的时代地产(01233.HK)反覆吐1.7%报15.16元。获花旗视为行业首选之一的奥园(03883.HK)反覆再度挑战昨天盘中所造纪录高位12.14元未能成功突破,现造11.78元,回吐1.2%。证实董事长被刑拘的新城发展(01030.HK)延续昨天由纪录高位掉头急吐24%颓势,最低见6.55元,现造7.05元,续挫12%。

港股今早高开0.1%,最多涨152点,高见29,007遇阻,掉头低见28,807,现造28,823,续跌31点或0.1%,成交额428亿元。
