九巴及龙运全职员工加薪4.8%月薪车长底薪增最少950元

载通国际(00062.HK)旗下九巴及龙运巴士今日(27日)宣布,全职员工现年度的加薪幅度为4.8%,月薪车务及维修员工底薪增加不少於950元,八成相关月薪车务及维修员工的月入加幅约5.5%。

各级车务及维修员工的薪酬加幅於今年6月1日生效,而文职人员等职系员工的薪酬加幅将於今年9月1日生效。

公司为进一步改善前线员工的工作待遇,除年度加薪外,亦同时提升多项前线员工福利,包括优化工程部月薪维修人员薪级表;调升月薪车长通宵津贴金额;调升月薪车长机场A线津贴金额;服务达退休年龄而再获公司重聘的现职员工,若重聘前与重聘後的服务年资合共逾10年,约满後可申请退休乘车证;车务督察享有每年12天加班津贴双计;及新增高级站长职位,作为站长晋升阶梯。

以新入职月薪车长每天工作八小时计算,计及年终双粮,平均每月收入达18,867元,若以每天工作十小时计算,平均每月收入超过24,500元。

九巴及龙运发言人表示,持续投放资源增设安全设施及提升员工薪酬福利,加上国际燃油价格上升,均令巴士营运成本上涨。公司以最大诚意制定今年的薪酬检讨方案,以人为本,积极优化员工的工作待遇。

发言人又表示,汽车交通运输业总工会九巴分会及龙运巴士分会,以及九龙巴士职工总会和其龙运巴士分会的代表,经多次积极协商及务实沟通,达成协议。感谢所有员工的努力和支持,理解公司的经营环境充满挑战,并会同舟共济、团结一致,继续为乘客提供安全、可靠及优质的服务。
