九巴及龍運全職員工加薪4.8%月薪車長底薪增最少950元

載通國際(00062.HK)旗下九巴及龍運巴士今日(27日)宣布,全職員工現年度的加薪幅度為4.8%,月薪車務及維修員工底薪增加不少於950元,八成相關月薪車務及維修員工的月入加幅約5.5%。

各級車務及維修員工的薪酬加幅於今年6月1日生效,而文職人員等職系員工的薪酬加幅將於今年9月1日生效。

公司為進一步改善前線員工的工作待遇,除年度加薪外,亦同時提升多項前線員工福利,包括優化工程部月薪維修人員薪級表;調升月薪車長通宵津貼金額;調升月薪車長機場A線津貼金額;服務達退休年齡而再獲公司重聘的現職員工,若重聘前與重聘後的服務年資合共逾10年,約滿後可申請退休乘車證;車務督察享有每年12天加班津貼雙計;及新增高級站長職位,作為站長晉升階梯。

以新入職月薪車長每天工作八小時計算,計及年終雙糧,平均每月收入達18,867元,若以每天工作十小時計算,平均每月收入超過24,500元。

九巴及龍運發言人表示,持續投放資源增設安全設施及提升員工薪酬福利,加上國際燃油價格上升,均令巴士營運成本上漲。公司以最大誠意制定今年的薪酬檢討方案,以人為本,積極優化員工的工作待遇。

發言人又表示,汽車交通運輸業總工會九巴分會及龍運巴士分會,以及九龍巴士職工總會和其龍運巴士分會的代表,經多次積極協商及務實溝通,達成協議。感謝所有員工的努力和支持,理解公司的經營環境充滿挑戰,並會同舟共濟、團結一致,繼續為乘客提供安全、可靠及優質的服務。
