《瑞银窝轮》市场观望G20减息预期降温留意新地购20106
美国总统特朗普将与国家主席习近平在本周後期於G20峰会会面，上周消息为市场带来上升动力，不过接近会面日期，市场抱观望态度，周三港股全日窄幅上落，全日上下波幅不足300点，成交亦仅仅过600亿港元。表现得较好的成份股有石药(1093)，最高升5.1%，中国生物制药(1177)最高亦升4%。虽然美国联储局主席鲍威尔指当局不会受短期政治压力影响，仍在考虑有否需要减息，市场对减息预期降温，不过当日本地地产股未见追捧，新鸿基地产(0016)股价曾下跌2.1%，恒基地产(0012)亦曾下跌1.7%。如投资者认为减息预期降温始终有利地产股，可参考以下认购证：
新地认购20106，行使价141.51港元，19年11月到期，有效杠杆约9.8倍。
恒地认购20992，行使价44.436港元，19年10月到期，有效杠杆约9.1倍。
新发(0017)认购12621，行使价12.4港元，19年12月到期，有效杠杆约7.5倍。
另外早前走势较强的成份股有友邦(1299)近日缺乏方向，主要在80港元至83港元之间上落。基本面上，友邦受惠内地进一步开放市场，而技术上股价亦重上50天线之上，投资者可留意股价会否进一步挑战历史高位。不过由於近日友邦升势非常急，之前较热门的认购证或已变得非常贴价或价内，令有效杠杆降低，如投资者看好友邦，可留意价外、低街货友邦保险认购18299，行使价93.88港元，19年11月到期，有效杠杆约9.9倍。相反，看淡友邦的，之前较热门的选择或已变得太价外，可转为参考友邦保险认沽16803，行使价73.83港元，19年9月到期，有效杠杆约10倍。
