地政总署公布,一幅位於九龙启德第4C区1号地盘的新九龙内地段第6553号的用地,以129.16亿元批予润地(01109.HK)及保利置业(00119.HK)财团,作价符合市场估值介乎121亿至143亿元的预期。
除中标者外,其他投标者包括长实集团(01113.HK);新地(00016.HK);中海外(00688.HK)及会德丰(00020.HK)财团;嘉里建设(00683.HK);嘉华国际(00173.HK)及信置(00083.HK)财团。
上述地皮面积约10.2万平方尺,最高可建楼面面积71.4万平方尺,指定作非工业(不包括办公室、仓库、酒店及加油站)用途。以最高可建楼面计算, 每平方尺楼面地价约1.81万元。
