潤地及保利置業129.2億奪啟德住宅地每呎樓面地價1.8萬元
地政總署公布,一幅位於九龍啟德第4C區1號地盤的新九龍內地段第6553號的用地,以129.16億元批予潤地(01109.HK)及保利置業(00119.HK)財團,作價符合市場估值介乎121億至143億元的預期。
除中標者外,其他投標者包括長實集團(01113.HK);新地(00016.HK);中海外(00688.HK)及會德豐(00020.HK)財團;嘉里建設(00683.HK);嘉華國際(00173.HK)及信置(00083.HK)財團。
上述地皮面積約10.2萬平方呎,最高可建樓面面積71.4萬平方呎,指定作非工業(不包括辦公室、倉庫、酒店及加油站)用途。以最高可建樓面計算, 每平方呎樓面地價約1.81萬元。
