泸州银行(01983.HK)拟发行不逾20亿人币小微企债券处置部分抵债资产
泸州银行(01983.HK)公布,为补充负债来源、优化中长期负债结构,及为经营发展提供保障,建议发行总额不超过20亿元人民币(下同)小微企业债券,期限不超过五年。
该行同时建议以公开拍卖方式处置部分的抵债资产,相关资产评估价值约3,840万元,料处置将损失6,960万元,惟部份损失已於去年作出减值准备,料对今年中期利润不会产生实际影响,不过对全年利润的实际影响则仍有待进一步确认。
