重药控股(000950.SZ)控股股东化医集团解押1.1亿股
格隆汇6月25日丨重药控股(000950.SZ)公布,公司于近日收到控股股东重庆化医控股(集团)公司(“化医集团”)通知,获悉化医集团将其所持有的公司部分股权解除质押,解除质押约1.10亿股,占其所持股份比例16.52%。
截止公告发布之日,化医集团共持有公司股份约6.65亿股,占公司总股本的38.47%,此次解除质押股份约1.10亿股,占化医集团持有公司股份总数的16.52%,占公司总股本的6.36%。此次股份质押解除完成后,化医集团持有的公司股份中无仍处于质押状态的股份。
