大洋集團(01991.HK)更換審計師並更改財年結算日至12月31日
大洋集團(01991.HK)公布,信永中和自今年6月21日起已辭去集團審計師一職,同日公司已任命開元信德會計師事務所為公司的審計師。
另外,公司又已議決將其財政年度結算日由7月31日更改為12月31日。因此,公司的下一個財政年度結算日將為今年12月31日,集團下一次的經審計的財務報表將涵蓋去年8月1日至今年12月31日止的十七個月。
董事會認為,將財政年度算日更改,旨在使公司財政年度結算日與公司在中國成立的主要附屬公司及合資公司的財政年度結算日期一致。
