格隆汇6月21日丨联旺集团(08217.HK)宣布,截至2019年3月31日止年度,公司收益4.33亿港元,同比减少39%;期间亏损604.8万港元,亏损同比扩大109%;每股亏损0.0048港元。
收益减少乃主要由于数项大型建筑项目已届竣工阶段。于2018年3月31日,本集团手头有32项合约,涉及总合约金额约20亿港元;而于2019年3月31日,本集团手头有33项合约,涉及总合约金额约19.3亿港元。于本年度,本集团已获授两项总合约金额约为1.19亿港元的新合约。
