皇璽餐飲集團(08300.HK)公布,預期截至今年3月底止年度將盈轉虧,主因由於香港國際機場「正斗」品牌下的一間食肆關閉所導致分佔一間聯營公司的業績減少;香港國際機場「Nosh Caf e & Bar」及「台灣牛肉麵」品牌下的多間食肆關閉所導致收益減少;與香港國際機場的到期餐廳關閉有關的一次性翻新恢復工程所導致行政開支、有關集團新開特許餐廳的成本,以及法律及專業費用均有所增加;應收一間合營企業款項的減值虧損;無形資產攤銷增加;並無議價購買收益;以及稅項開支增加。
