食品股维他奶国际（0345）公布，去年全年按年多赚约19%，不过股价绩後有获利回套，午後曾急跌逾4%，一度低见43元以下。向上留意重上历史高位47.25元的机会，支持参考42元水平。如想在强势股捱沽时反手作看好部署，可留意轮场上唯一一只维他购20085，行使价52.88元，19年12月到期。
至於在美国具猪肉业务的万洲国际（0288），市场憧憬其可受惠中美贸易战缓和，股份周三急升後，周四徘徊在8元附近争持。看好可留意万洲购19596，行使价8.89元，19年11月到期。
联储局议息後，市场对减息预期升温，美元转弱，利好金价走势。金矿股跟随美元向好，紫金矿业（2899）
周四曾升逾6%，一度升至3.1元以上，突破一个月高位。看好可留意紫金购29013，行使价3.60元，19年11月到期。招金矿业（1818）周四更曾飙升9%至8.5元以上，其後维持约6%涨幅。看好可留意招金购29184，行使价9.99元，19年9月到期。
汽车股反弹，吉利汽车（0175）周四高位曾急升近6%，逼近13.5元。向上观望重上14元的机会，支持参考12.5元。看好可留意吉利购26907，行使价14.68元，19年9月到期。或50兑1吉利牛61244，收回价11.28元，行使价10.78元，20年1月到期。相反看淡可留意吉利沽14111，行使价11.38元，19年9月到期。或50兑1吉利熊61458，收回价14.08元，行使价14.58元，20年4月到期。
