德勤料上半年香港新股市場集資695億元排名全球第三
德勤發表最新分析,預計屆2019年6月底止上半年,香港市場會錄得76隻新股,合共集資695億元,較去年同期所錄得的101隻新股大幅減少,集資額則按年增加約38%。
受到宏觀經濟政治環境與其他主要股市動盪影響下,預料香港和上海的證券交易所,在全球新股集資排名分別為第三與第四位。由於已完成多宗超大額新股上市的緣故,預測紐交所與納斯達克將可穩坐首位及第二位。
儘管市場密切關注貿易磋商,但申請上市狀況持續穩定,包括已有超過170宗個案,反映新股上市數量將會得到支持。德勤對香港新股市場2019年全年預測抱審慎樂觀態度,料有大約200隻新股,集資1,800億至2,500億元,當中或有知名海外消費品牌、中資金融機構及全球科技巨擘的超大型新股在第三季度期間上市。
