基地锦标(08460.HK)更改部份所得款项用途
基地锦标(08460.HK)公布,其新股集资所得的3,940万元,目前己动用3,270万元,而所得款项净额的余下款项约为670万港元。
董事原定将所得款项净额中约1,050万元分配作扩充集团的人力资源,藉以加强集团的项目管理能力及项目执行能力,然而,鉴於市场上缺乏具备合适能力的人选;及集团手头最近期项目对钢材的需求,董事会认为,为满足集团项目对钢材与日俱增的需求,将尚未用於增聘额外员工的所得款项净额约300万元重新调拨至购买钢材对集团更为有利。
