港股异动|马钢跌逾3%拟向废钢公司增资1.35亿元今日除权
格隆汇6月17日丨马鞍山钢铁股份(0323.HK)现报3.04港元,跌3.4%,暂成交3797万港元,最新总市值234亿港元。马鞍山钢铁上周公布,于2019年6月12日,公司与马钢集团订立增资协议,据此,订约各方已同意按现有持股比例对废钢公司同比例增资人民币3亿元。增资完成后,各股东持股比例不变,废钢公司注册资本由人民币1亿元增加到人民币4亿元。公司持有废钢公司45%股权,故为此应增资人民币1.35亿元。此外据悉,马鞍山钢铁今日除权,每股派息0.35278港元。
