李小加对公司未能上市都是平常心
港交所(00388.HK)行政总裁李小加於上市仪式後指,被问到有关新股ESR Cayman撤销上市一事,他回应指,市场有很多风风雨雨、上上落落,对公司未能上市都是平常心,但亦欢迎各企业来港上市。现时港交所已是连续六年集资额排名第一,而即使不是第一,亦是第二和第三,同时累计过去十年集资额都是排名第一。
他指,企业是会按当时的特殊情况决定到哪个市场上市,包括来香港、A股或是两地上市,而港交所会作好准备,欢迎企业来港。
李小加称,内地科创板开通,是一个震撼消息,对香港只有好处而无坏,非此消彼长,虽然有人担心A股估值高会影响香港,但相信随着A股市场化,日後会专注制度本身。
