李小加對公司未能上市都是平常心
港交所(00388.HK)行政總裁李小加於上市儀式後指,被問到有關新股ESR Cayman撤銷上市一事,他回應指,市場有很多風風雨雨、上上落落,對公司未能上市都是平常心,但亦歡迎各企業來港上市。現時港交所已是連續六年集資額排名第一,而即使不是第一,亦是第二和第三,同時累計過去十年集資額都是排名第一。
他指,企業是會按當時的特殊情況決定到哪個市場上市,包括來香港、A股或是兩地上市,而港交所會作好準備,歡迎企業來港。
李小加稱,內地科創板開通,是一個震撼消息,對香港只有好處而無壞,非此消彼長,雖然有人擔心A股估值高會影響香港,但相信隨著A股市場化,日後會專注制度本身。
