《盈警響號》東亞(00023.HK)料中期純利顯著下降
東亞(00023.HK)發盈警,預期至6月底止中期純利錄顯著下降,主因4項面值總值約為62億元的中國內地早年批出的貸款資產預期會因市場環境惡化而出現信貸級別下調,惡化的市場環境已對中國內地非一線城市商業地產界別產生影響。有關信貸級別下調將導致約25億元至30億元之間的重大稅後減值損失。
公司重申,其普通股權一級資本(CET1)和總資本充足比率預期於2019年6月30日仍分別高於14.5%和19%,均遠超過監管機構的要求。
公司去年中期純利為39.92億。
