格隆汇6月12日丨东方材料(603110.SH)发布2018年年度权益分派实施公告,本次利润分配方案以公司实施本次权益方案时股权登记日的公司总股本扣除公司回购库存股后的股份总数为基数,按照权益分派股权登记日在册的股东名单,每10股派发现金2.8元(含税),预计派发的现金红利合计3983.37万元(含税)。股权登记日为2019年6月18日,除权除息日为2019年6月19日。
