高銀(00530.HK)啟德地王撻訂發展局指屬個別事件
發展局及地政總署回應傳媒查詢,指有關九龍啟德第4C區4號地盤的新九龍內地段第6546號用地,地政總署於5月15日,以111.24億元批予高銀金融(00530.HK)旗下駿騰投資有限公司(母公司:Frontier Journey Limited)。買方(即駿騰投資有限公司)必須於6月11日或之前繳付地價的餘額,即110.99億元。如買方在上述期限內,仍未繳付地價的餘額,政府可按照該賣地章程的一般條件第3條強制執行或撤銷此次賣地。
若撤銷賣地,買方隨標書交付作為按金(即2,500萬元)的款項將全數充公。撤銷賣地後,政府會另行決定在其認為適當的時候兼且以其認為適當的方式,把該土地再次出售,並保留就違約情況按照以上賣地條件向上述買方索償的權利。
地政總署會在徵詢法律意見後,根據該賣地章程的一般條件第3條採取合適行動。發展局發言人表示,今次屬個別事件,投標者或其母公司所作決定,有其自身的商業考慮,政府不會作任何評論。政府會繼續穩定地向市場供應土地,不會因為個別用地的招標情況而受影響。
