美亞控股(01116.HK)公布,向獨立第三方周世豪收購Happy (Hong Kong) New City全部股權,代價2.6億元,包括現金2,000萬元;發行1.58億元承兌票據;及發行4.1億股代價股(佔擴大後股本19%)支付,發行價0.2元,較上交易日(11)收報折讓21.57%。
重組後,Happy (Hong Kong) New City主要持有珠海金灣區三灶鎮月堂村舊村更新項目49%權益。
