思考乐教育(01769.HK)於明天(12日)起至下周一(17日)招股,计划发行1.249亿股,其中10%为本港公开发售,90%作国际配售,每股招股价介乎3.64元至4.68元,按一手1,000股计,入场费4,727.16元。股份计划6月21日於联交所挂牌,独家保荐人为中信里昂证券。
按中间价每股4.16元计算,集资净额约4.5亿元,当中50%将用於扩展在粤港澳大湾区的学习中心网络;30%用於提升教学质量;20%用作翻新学习中心的设施及购买教学设备。
