内媒称腾讯(00700.HK)改革职级体系中高干加强考核
据内地《21世纪经济报道》引述消息指,腾讯(00700.HK)发内部邮件,对公司现有职级体系进行变革,并改革中高干群体绩效考核。
报道称腾讯取消了原有的6级18等(1.1-6.3级)的职级体系设计,将专业职级体系改为14级(4-17级),同时除不同职级之间的专业标签,统一置换为「专业职级+职位称谓」。改革内容亦包括推动落实新通道与新职位,拓阔更多专业赛道,而总监级管理干部将默认在管理通道发展,不再参与专业职级申报与晋升,并鼓励相关同事活水、轮岗、兼岗、兼项。报道引述公司指,今次专业职级体系升级目的是令体系更高效、更公开、公平、公正,另外有腾讯员工指以前2.3级晋升3.1级需要面试,但在新制下只有3.3升4.1需要面试,意味新制度对4级以下员工晋升将更宽松。
而在中高干层面将采高压考核,并提出三个目标及举措,为增强紧迫感考核频率由一年一次改为半年一次,而评估导向明确改为「无功就是过」及「不仅自身硬,还要团队强」,另外亦会增加透明度,避免「一言堂」,加强同级和下级的多角度反馈在考核中的影响力。
报道引述知情人士指,公司近期一次内部讲话指早前提出的10%优化工作已完成,而在中高干考核中亦再次强调干部「能上能下」制度,同时指明两个重要原则,分别是对干部管理要求「无功便是过,服从大局打硬仗;知人且善任,传承文化有担当」,另外每年各级干部能下比例不低於5%。(el/a) ~
