钱唐控股(01466.HK)公布,落实向两名独立第三方收购Guardian City 30%股权,代价1.76亿元,包括现金1,000万元;及透过发行1.53亿股代价股支付,发行价1.085元,较上交易日(10)收报折让8.05%。
Guardian City持有Campfire Holdings 62.55%股权,後者主要於香港及英国从事共享工作空间及共享居住空间营运,并计划在Campfire品牌旗下於亚洲太平洋地区持续扩展。
