《盈警响号》国能国际资产(00918.HK)料年度转亏蚀约3,000万元
国能国际资产(00918.HK)公布,集团预期於截至今年3月底止年度录得亏损净额约3,000万元,而比较上年度则录得溢利净额约1,100万元。
集团指,上一个财政年度录得溢利净额主要由於确认集团两个办公室单位之公允值收益约4,722.7万元,该等物业於上年度由租赁土地重新分类至投资物业。该等物业过往由集团用作办事处,并按成本扣除累计摊销入账。於截至今年3月底止年度,该等物业已租出并赚取租金收入,故该等物业被重新分类为投资物业及按公允值计量。
