永泰屯门项目命名OMAOMA最快月内推
永泰地产(00369.HK)屯门扫管笏路108号项目Upper Gold Coast系列第二期正式命名为「OMA OMA」,执行董事兼销售及市务总监锺志霖在记者会上表示,项目提供466个分层单位,采开放式至4房间隔,实用面积介乎约250-1,600平方尺,正等待预售楼花同意书,预期月内推售。
锺氏又指,虽然近期市况波动,但不担心影响项目销情,因为自去年底起可感受到市场仍有刚性需求,OMA OMA 2房单位占逾50%,2-3房单位合共占约70%,相信可满足年轻人上车需求。此外,锺氏指Upper Gold Coast系列第一期The Carmel已出售约98%单位,余下单位有机会於第三季以现楼发售。
