領展(00823.HK)全年可分派收入總額按年升5.38%至57.23億元,大和發表報告指,本港業務表現強勁,內地業務亦錄得增長,料於不確定市況下仍能維持強勁業務表現,內地業務亦將支持其2020-2022年可分派收入表現。全年回購單位僅得4,210萬,少於目標之8,000萬,今年目標為6,000萬。該行重申領展評級「跑贏大市」,目標價自95.3元上調至100.8元。
