領展房產基金(00823.HK)今早靠穩,公司昨午(3日)公布截至3月底止全年度業績,經調整及一筆5,300萬元(2018年:無)的酌情資本分派後,可分派收入總額按年升5.38%至57.23億元。期內每基金單位分派增加8.6%至271.17港仙,包括每基金單位中期分派130.62港仙及每基金單位末期分派140.55港仙。

領展全年度收益及物業收入淨額按相同基準計算,分別按年增長7.2%及7.1%。計及已收購、出售及/或新營運資產,收益及物業收入淨額分別年增長0.1%及0.3%至100.37億元及76.89億元。展望未來,管理層有意將之前出售物業產生的資本繼續返還給各基金單位持有人,在市場條件和法規允許下屬意回購約6,000萬個基金單位。
