港大零售(01255.HK)公布,配售本金额最高2亿元三年期可换股债券,年利率6%;换股价15元,较上交易日(3)收报溢价66.67%;可兑换新股占扩大後股本5.87%。所得净额1.93亿元,拟用於发展互联网医院与保健业务;及一般营运资金。
同时,持股52%附属商赢医院管理收购商赢互联网医疗全部股权,後者刚於上海取得互联网医院执照,将专注建立一站式互联网医疗保健平台。代价10万元人民币。
