Statement Re-issuance Process and Fees
Clients should send a request for re-issuance via their registered email address to cs@usmart.hk.
A fee of HKD 100 will be charged for each re-issuance statement (daily or monthly). Re-issuance requests for statements within the past three months are exempt from this fee. The applicable fee will be directly deducted from your uSMART securities account. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover the deduction.
