Which Clients Are Required to Give a Standing Authority?
All clients opening an account with us are required to acknowledge and agree to the applicable Standing Authority provisions. The relevant authorization terms are set out in the Client Agreement and the separate Standing Authority (where applicable) that you sign when opening your account. For details, please refer to Clause 5.16 of the Client Agreement and the relevant Standing Authority document. As the Standing Authority is valid only for a specified period, existing clients may be required to renew it from time to time.
