Please contact our Online Customer Service, or send an email from your registered email address to cs@usmart.hk, together with a copy of your valid travel document (Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents or Passport). Our staff will assist you with the update. After the change is completed, you are also required to submit the updated information in the CRS & W-8BEN section of the App.

Please contact our Online Customer Service, or send an email from your registered email address to cs@usmart.hk, together with copies of both sides of your latest identity document. Our staff will assist you with updating the validity period.
