Accepted Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
"Online identity verification" deposits are only accepted via the user's own Hong Kong bank account.
Only Hong Kong or overseas bank accounts held in your own name are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.
The following accounts or channels are not accepted for deposits or withdrawals:
- Bank accounts issued in Mainland China
- CBI Bank (due to non-compliance with beneficiary name matching rules)
- Third-party institutions such as Wise, iFast, and accounts operated by non-licensed financial institutions (e.g., Global Payment, Panda Pay, and similar platforms)
- Other unacceptable deposit methods:
- Cash deposits
- Joint account deposits
- Deposits from third-party accounts (including bank accounts held by family members, friends, or other parties not in your name)
- Credit card deposits
Important Reminder: If you use an account not under your own name, or a mainland China bank card/account (or any other payment method not accepted by our company), your deposit will not be processed. This will result in a failed deposit and you will need to apply for a refund separately. Any additional costs incurred during this process must be borne by the client.
