Can I use the same mobile number to re-open an account after closure?
If the account was never fully activated: You may use the same mobile number to register again immediately after cancellation.
If the account was fully activated: You may only re-apply 1 year after closure, and must use a new mobile number. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
