6. The promotion above is not applicable to intra-day margin. Cash account and margin account are both applicable.

In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behavior.
