寶尊創始人仇文彬接受《明報》專訪:電商行業穩定發展,寶尊品牌管理釋放新潛力

近日,寶尊創始人、寶尊集團董事長兼首席執行官仇文彬在接受香港最有影響力的報紙之一《明報》的專訪,就電商行業趨勢和品類機會、以及寶尊中長期發展規劃等做了分享。

在中國經濟增速放緩的背景下,電商行業也面臨一定壓力。然而,仇文彬在接受採訪時指出,電商行業有望保持穩定發展。在追求穩健經營的同時,他提出將通過寶尊品牌管理和寶尊國際兩大業務板塊來尋找創新點,以此謀求中長期的發展。

仇文彬坦言,相較於2009年至2019年間電商行業的高速發展,近五年來中國大陸地區的增長速度明顯放緩,電商增長與零售業增長趨於同步。他認為這種現象與經濟週期的規律相符,業務運營也更趨於穩定。疫情過後,消費者的信心已經開始回升,他表示,"快消和食品行業的復甦尤為顯著,預計下半年耐用品的銷售也將逐漸回暖。全年來看,生活時尚、快消及食品行業相關的商品銷售業績將表現較好,中檔價位的產品更易受到消費者青睞。"

在談及寶尊品牌管理業務時,仇文彬表示:"近年來寶尊連續收購了GAP大中華區業務及Hunter大中華區及東南亞知識產權,並設立了寶尊品牌管理這一業務板塊。這有助於我們擴展至上游品牌業務,並利用線下零售數據的分析為消費者提供更精準商品建議。"

寶尊接手GAP後,通過控制折扣並優化成本,僅用約一年時間便在銷售和總店鋪數基本保持不變的情況下,將毛利率提升到了56%。此外,寶尊在開設新店時,更傾向於選擇400至500平方米的小型店鋪,以提高坪效。對於Hunter品牌,自去年8、9月寶尊接手以來,業務雖小但已有盈利。同時,寶尊計劃於今年8月在上海開設其首店,並在6月25日在新加坡開店。仇文彬預計,如果能開設3到5家店,業務增長將會加速。與此同時,寶尊還尋求與其他品牌合作,採用聯營模式開店,其中合作方負責店面,寶尊負責商品庫存。目前,這類聯營店佔比約兩成,未來計劃在二、三線城市推廣,目標占比提升至三成。

寶尊將持續投入技術和商業智能領域的研發,並將服務於國際知名品牌的技術應用於國際業務。他表示,寶尊集團持續致力於技術研發和探索,但目前並不打算通過貼牌方式對外銷售其技術解決方案。

在國際化佈局上,寶尊正積極開拓東南亞市場,以實現"在本地,為本地"的全球化目標。目前,寶尊的業務已經覆蓋了中國香港、中國台灣地區以及包括新加坡在內的東南亞六國,同時也在考慮進軍越南市場。在服務的450多家品牌客户中,已有數十家攜手寶尊一同拓展東南亞。
