香港2月標普全球PMI升至53.9,商業信心創新高
標普全球2月香港特區採購經理指數(PMI)經季節調整後,從1月的51.2上升至53.9,顯示私營經濟連續兩月增長,升勢爲去年5月以來最快。2月份,客戶需求升溫,帶動公司增產,企業繼而增聘人手、擴充採購。由於供應鏈瓶頸已經紓緩,供慮商縮短了供貨時間,而整體投入成本通脹亦見放緩。鑑於營商好轉,業者的商業信心衝至破紀錄新高。
中國內地與香港特區先後於新年交接之時放寬防疫措施,加上疫情降溫,促進了市場對香港特區商品與服務的需求,訂單增長因而再度急升,省中以外貿需求最爲顯著,出口訂單升幅創2011年1月以來最佳,而來自中國內地的新增訂單量,升幅也排全歷來最高之一。
企業於是擴張生產,增產速度高見12年以來最快,按分項數據顯示,芸芸行業中,又以消費性服務業的產出增長最爲突出。此外,供應商月內大幅縮短了供貨時間,改善幅度爲24年以來最佳,但即使供應鏈已回覆暢順,企業仍因新接訂單量急劇增加,造成更多積壓。
另一方面,香港特區私營企業承受的價格壓力已見紓緩。2月份整體投入價格雖持續上漲,但升幅收窄至去年10月以來最低。綜觀來看,採購價格通脹隨原材料及運輸成本上漲而升溫,但薪資通脹的幅度已經回落,因此整體成本通脹開始減慢,而企業向客戶轉嫁成本的幅度也相應放緩。不過,整體投入成本通脹和產出價格通脹均處於平均水平之上。
香港特區私營經濟於首季中段的營商情緒維持正面,企業普遍看好末來經濟和銷售前景,經營信心明顯增強,飆至2012年4月以來最佳,反映對未來12個月的業務更加樂觀。
標普全球市場財智經濟硏究部副總監Jingyi Pan表示,標普全球2月香港特區PMI顯示,香港特區私營經濟的增長動力於今年進一步聲固。整體需求轉熾,爲2月急速增長的營商活動勞來了支持,連帶外部需求亦如是,這不僅爲積極訊號,也遠超去年首季PMI錄得新出口訂單急劇萎縮的情況。隨着防疫限制放寬,供應鏈大幅暢順,因此供應商以廿多年來最大的改善幅度縮短供貨時間,預示企業於未來數月繼續增產。
