概念掘金 | 寧德時代發佈CTP3.0麒麟電池,能量密度可實現續航1000公里,明年量產上市
今日15:30,寧德時代正式發佈CTP3.0麒麟電池,系統集成度創全球新高,體積利用率突破72%,能量密度可達255Wh/kg,輕鬆實現整車1000公里續航。通過全球首創的電芯大面冷卻技術,麒麟電池可支持5分鐘快速熱啟動及10分鐘快充。

在相同的化學體系、同等電池包尺寸下,麒麟電池包的電量,相比4680系統提升13%,實現了續航、快充、安全、壽命、效率、以及低温性能的全面提升。麒麟電池將於2023年量產上市。
麒麟電池是什麼?
早在今年3月,寧德時代首席科學家吳凱就在中國電動汽車百人會論壇上表示,CATL通過不斷技術迭代,推出了第三代CTP技術,內部稱其為“麒麟電池”,其系統重量、能量密度及體積能量密度繼續引領行業最高水平。在相同的化學體系、同等電池包尺寸下,麒麟電池包的電量相比4680系統可以提升13%。
3個月後,吳凱在2022世界動力電池大會——“雲上宜賓”高端對話活動上表示,即將發佈CTP3.0電池,即麒麟電池。麒麟電池不將水冷板放在底部,而是插入電芯間,水冷效果極大加強,好處為:1)大幅提高安全性,水冷板附加隔熱作用,可實現無熱擴散;2)提升快充性能,電芯雙面水冷,4C充電產品23年亮相;3)提升循環壽命,電芯加緊後壽命會短一半,也就是放鬆一點的話,循環壽命能長一倍,水冷板附加緩衝作用;4)提高比能量:水冷、隔熱、緩衝功能三合一,空間得到大幅節省,磷酸鐵鋰可達160Wh/kg、290Wh/L,三元高鎳可達到250Wh/kg,450Wh/L,比4680多裝13%的電量。
根據發佈會,麒麟電池有三大亮點,
(1)體積率提高、能量密度提升
首先在體積利用率又極大的改善,從CTP1.0的55%提升到72%,比4680電池63%的體積利用率還要高,成為當今全球最高集成度的電池,可輕鬆實現續航1000公里

寧德CTP技術迭代
在寧德時代的CTP技術出現之前,電池包一般採用從單體到模組,再到電池包的成組方式,通過多層級的成組方式來保障電池的安全性。但是CTP高集成動力電池開發平台則是省去了電池模組,直接將電芯集成到電池包,一定程度上提高了電池包的空間利用率減,減輕了電池包重量、提升能量密度的同時也降低了生產成本。
2019年,寧德時代全球首創無模組電池包,體積利用率55%
CTP1.0:去掉模組的側板,轉而用綁帶來替代,代表車型北汽EU5。
CTP2.0:再去掉模組的兩個端板,利用箱體上的縱橫樑來代替端板,代表車型蔚來75度。
CTP3.0:進一步去掉箱體上的縱橫樑,利用兩個電芯之間的夾板和電芯本體來實現結構上的需求。
