美的集團暴漲8% 家電板塊加速起航

今日開盤,家電板塊集體拉昇,其中漢宇集團、科沃斯漲停。美的集團漲超8%,再創股價新高,海爾智家、小熊電器、格力電器等也紛紛跟漲拉昇。

今日家電股的集體活躍表現,顯示了市場對三季度整個家電板塊業績較為滿意,以及對四季度行業的期待。

上週五晚,美的和格力兩大行業龍頭幾乎同時披露了三季度業績報告,美的集團第三季度營收達776億元,增長15.71%,歸母淨利潤80.9億元,同比增長32%。而格力集團營收為568.66億元,同比下滑2.52%,歸母淨利潤為73.4億,同比下滑12.32%。

三季度,美的集團通過效率升級,疊加品牌和渠道的精準定位等手段,營收淨利潤都明顯提高,維持了正增長。而格力集團三季度淨利潤同比雖仍有下降,但是今年以來,其線上直播銷售持續發力,銷售額屢創紀錄,今年以來已經累計直播12場,總銷售額達451億元。10月30日晚,董明珠直播帶貨更是再創25.2的銷售新高。此外,今年其他家電企業也都在紛紛進行渠道變革,開啟行業新零售環境。

三季度家電板塊各企業的經營穩健,家電板塊當前從生產、銷售到安裝都已基本擺脱疫情影響,恢復常態,需求端也逐漸復甦, 

同時,海外平台的高需求也成為家電行業高業績增長的重要動力。由於海外疫情的持續蔓延,居家生活使海外人民對家電的需求激增。而海外製造業供應鏈產能不足,基於當前的庫存水平及對未來的需求預期,海外供應商仍需大量備貨,而中國由於疫情控制較好深受青睞,全球工廠生產訂單已大幅向中國轉移。

美的集團官微數據顯示,今年第三季,美的集團內銷收入388億元,同比增長21.6%;外銷收入235億元,同比增長18%,三季度海外訂單增長超過50%,可見海外市場需求增長較大。美的也表示在積極投建海外產能。相較於海外同行,美的具備較強的製造優勢,疫情也進一步強化了這一優勢,預計外銷業務還將持續增長。

據央視財經消息,臨近年底,國內小家電的出口企業已開啟“爆單”模式,廣東飛魚集團副總裁表示,今年出口增長已超過600%。海關數據也顯示,微波爐連創出口金額紀錄。上半年我國電炒鍋、麪包機、榨汁機等出口分別增長 62.9%、34.7%、12.1%,成為增長亮點。當前海外疫情仍沒得到有效控制,預計四季度家電需求及出口量仍有提升空間。

據華泰證券分析稱,中國在恢復產能利用率後,出口方面爬坡非常明顯,包括跨境電商、很多製造業,出口端都明確增長。整個中國家電,乃至製造業的出口還是會持續走高。

此外,地產後期也將持續釋放行業精裝紅利。根據奧維雲網數據,6月住宅精裝開盤項目達330個,共計304.1千套,環比提升38.2%,同比降幅縮小到3.2%。根據國家統計局數據,2020年1-7月房屋住宅竣工面積累計同比下滑10.2%,考慮前期房屋新開工面積及竣工面積剪刀差正逐步修復,預計下半年竣工端回暖有望提速。地產數據的回暖修復也將有望加持四季度對精裝各種家電的需求。

整體來看,目前在消費品板塊中,橫向對比下家電版塊的估值整體處於較低水平,家電ROE僅次於食品飲料,現金流較充沛,較有投資價值。但需要注意的是,全球當前經濟不穩定性較大,當前出口營業額的暴漲只是疫情帶來的短期火爆紅利。長期來看,如何加速行業整體改革升級和家電板塊的核心科技對我國家電行業來説才更為重要。
